David founded April Group in 2009 after an extensive career working for CBRE (Aus & UK), Cornerstone and Kingsmede. With over 20 years’ experience, David manages the overall business and investment strategy including asset location and class along with establishing and maintaining relationships with key investment partners. David holds a BSc (Hons) Urban Estate Management and MRICS.
Greg has over 11 years of experience in finance and property funds management. He has held senior finance leadership positions at Centuria and previously worked for Toga and KPMG. Greg is responsible for leading the finance team, encompassing budgeting and forecasting, treasury and debt management, financial reporting, tax, and compliance. Greg is a member of CAANZ and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from UTS.
James brings a wealth of experience working for Knight Frank, 151 Property and Marprop. With 10 year plus experience, James leads the Property Management team with strategies for current assets along with analysing future acquisitions to align with the April portfolio and objectives. James holds a Masters of Property Development and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Jim brings over 12 years’ experience in real estate finance, having held senior relationship management roles with CBA and MaxCap. Jim is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with investment partners and sourcing debt for all new acquisitions of April Group. Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in Finance.
Jonathan joined the team following positions at CBRE, BASE and Hartington. He brings over 20 years’ experience in valuations and acquisitions which enables him to source potential assets, run the financial modelling and lead the Due Diligence. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics and is a Certified Practising Valuer.
Nathan has over 14 years of Australian experience in acquisitions and investment management. He has executed and administered the acquisition of large developments nationwide in all sectors to income-producing commercial investments. His experience spans the full spectrum of the property lifecycle from inception through to disposal.
Tim brings over 7 years’ experience in the valuation and acquisitions of all Real Estate asset classes across Sydney. Through his experience in roles with Savills and Sydney Metro, he can analyse and identify potential acquisitions, complete feasibilities and financial modelling and run Due Diligence. Educated in the UK, Tim holds a BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management and is a Certified Practicing Valuer.
Anthony is an Analyst that initially joined the team as an Intern in February 2023. His dynamic role involves delivering insightful data analyses at both macro and micro levels, aiding with decision making and investor reporting. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Specialising in Finance and Business Analytics.
Henry has over 5 years' experience managing Commercial and Industrial Assets across Sydney with his previous role at Knight Frank. This experience and knowledge will help him successfully manage our current and future portfolio and build strong relationships with our tenants and investors. Henry holds a Bachelor Degree in Business, majoring in Property.
Kate joined the team to lead and develop the Property and Facilities Management aspect of the business. From previous roles at Knight Frank and M3 Property, Kate was able to use her 15 year plus experience to create relationships with tenants, leasing agents and investors and continues to do so. Kate has a Bachelor of Business (Property) and holds a NSW Real Estate Licence.
Alanna is an experienced professional and brings across a wealth of property and facilities management skills to the team. She has worked for a mixture of private and institutional clients holding senior roles at Stonebridge, Oxford Commercial, Mirvac and Beville Group. Alanna’s on the ground experience and attention to detail ensures effective management of properties and assets under her control. Alanna has an advance diploma in business management and holds a NSW real estate licence.
Crystal joined the team as an Assistant Accountant following a move to Sydney from the Gold Coast. With over 3 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, working at Kinetic Projects and Oknayi, both in Queensland, Crystal is responsible for all lease management, accounts payable and account receivable across the tenant portfolio, and assist with Corporate Finance tasks. Crystal holds a Masters Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor in Managerial Finance.
David leads our Facilities Management division. With over 10 years’ experience in Facilities and Building management, working for Oxford Commercial and Excel Building Management, David is accountable for a full range of services, minor project works and also offers a personalised concierge style service. David has a Certificate IV in Business Management is currently working towards a NSW Real Estate Licence.
Oleg joined April Group in February 2023 following a 17-year stint at a Northern Beaches based high-end residential group. Since relocating from Ukraine to Sydney in 2006, Oleg has gained extensive experience across all areas of building and construction with a particular focus on fine details and luxury finishes. As head of April’s Concierge Service, Oleg is committed to ensuring April’s managed properties are maintained to an exceptional standard, ensuring the experience of our building occupiers is consistently excellent.
